Sleep is a pioneer of the life as Ayurveda. Sleep well with good position is a way to remain healthy. We will provide videos of good positions how to sleep.

If you want to remain healthy, you should have to fix the time to sleep. Moreover, ever try to go to bed at the fix time. Do not think about the work or a sense of imminence. Always remember that your head is always at the east or south on the bed. Each doshas has times of day and night when they are most active and less active or un-active as Ayurveda. There is a cycles. All items mentioned in Ayurveda to remain healthy.

You have to fix the wake up time also. Always try to maintain the routines.

If you occur sleep related problem, getting exercise, yoga, meditation and plenty of fresh air & sunlight is mention. Give attention on eating habits and constipations. Ideally, you should have the last meal or eat a thing at least 3 hours to going to bed. You should eat foods that digest properly.

If your sleep related problem is deep, you should apply massage on feet and temporal region with Ghee. We will provide videos for practical.

If your sleep related problem is very deep, you should apply Shirodhara a therapy of Panchkarma.
