Yoga remains body fit and balance the Doshas, Dhatu(tissues) and Malas as describe by the Ayurveda. Its founders were great Saint and Sages. Yoga is a scientifically prepared method for life. Patanjali’s ‘Yogsutra’ is certainly the most significant wherein no change is possible. It is the book, which has touched almost all the aspects of human life.

Yoga is not only acceptable for time being, but it is the acceptable style for whole life. Experts of various branches of medicine including Allopath science are realizing the role of these techniques in the prevention of disease and promotion of health. We can found the solutions of our most problems in our life.

Yoga is a science as an art healthy living physically, mentally, morally and spiritually. It is no way limited by race, age, sex, religion, cast or creed and can be practiced by those who want to have the meaningful life.

Meditation – is nothing but to concentrate the mind to the one item only. First principal is the purification of the body, of the vital, of the mind, of the knowledge, of the emotions. Body radiates new grace, strength, physical relaxation, mental calm and measureless peace. Meditation philosophy is an art and science of living in tune with Brahmand – the universe. Yoga has its origins. Everyone has ora - Manahsharir. You can expand it as you wish by yoga and meditations! We should have realized the god. It is only the aim of meditation.
